Got to say though, given the self-selecting nature of internet quizzes - that one seems remarkably simplistic.

11 out of 12 and I too got the only the Dow Jones one wrong. Yes, it is a simplistic quiz, but its not designed for people who are on political internet forums every day. Its suppposed to find out how much the average american who would maybe read 1-2 nespapers a week and watch the news headlines more than twice a week.

I saw this one on Digg this morning and it was trivially easy if you were paying attention to the news in any shape, way or form. So why was it that only 3% of those who took it got all 12 right? Looking at the breakdowns by various demographics of who got what right and wrong it was pretty depressing. Especially that the most accurately answered question was about which celebrity had campaigned for Obama.

Remember, 50% of the population is stupider than the average person. (ok 49.9999999999% if you want to be pedantic).
