I don't doubt it or disagree with you, very unPresidential but what would you expect from Trump.

Sanders in a press conference, sometime ago in probably one of the few times she was honest, said people knew what they were voting for when they voted for him, he wasn't going to be a traditional President.

It's past time people should be shocked.

He has probably redefined the Presidency and Presidential campaigns in that regard.

He is right. Most of them bring nothing to the table. Immigration is for the benefit of the host society. It is not a welfare scheme.

Dan Rather just broke the internet with a brutal response to Trump’s “s--thole countries” comment

This link won't work because the s-word in the URL is being replaced by asterisks.

    Fine NYCKY
But I certainly don't want a situation to develop where people just shrug and laugh at his whack job pronouncements, most make it onto executive orders at least.

Of course the "sh*tholes" comment will probably overshadow the disturbing other element, Trump craving emigration from "Nordic type specimens"
    Sound familiar?
At a deeper level he is revealing he has a disgusting mindset, bordering Aryan.

"Ok we will accept a max 300k immigrant quota next year, but only healthy Nordic types, white, honours degree educated professionals from christian practising countries"
And the really disturbing part is that he sees absolutely nothing wrong with this
"hey, it's smart, a master race to help MAGA"

Long F*cking way from "give me your weak, your huddled masses..."

Don't like D.T. but he is simply speaking non PC truth. It sits well with his base.

The unfortunate truth of it is a huge amount of humanity live in misery and suffer lack of development because their societies and leadership cannot organise themselves to be peaceful and relatively freely of corruption.

It's not 'non-PC truth'. Tact aside, the whole truth and nothing but the truth of the matter is something different.

Yes, it will sit well with the Deplorables segment of his base. His real message has been 'Make America White Again' and feeding the bigotries/scapegoating within the Deplorables. He and they know it.

There's some truth in that in Third World nations, but there's also other factors too depending on the nation at issue, particularly regarding Latin America, that includes things like foreign interference and manipulations that of course such foreign nations like the US also don't wish to admit.

Further, such things may or may not be relevant and/or harmful in immigration decisions. To the contrary, it's often the case that another's loss is another's gain when it comes to emigration/immigration.
