The same fascism has been used for years to stop Irving speaking.

Campus Spokesperson Dan Mogoluf on NBC News saying:

-He has never seen anything like this in all his years on campus.
-Organised group, "in uniform, covered in black."
-"Utilised paramilitary tactics in a clearly designed and well thought out plan."

I appreciate Berkeley allowing Milo to speak, just sad that violent leftists quite deliberately undermined freedom of speech and the event had to be cancelled. Are such violent groups allowed to pick and choose who may speak and who may not now?

Why the need to take sides?

    Can't stand him myself either.
But I take the side of free speech, not those who try to silence it.

Which is a mistake. Irving was wrong about the Holocaust but the best way to prove that is by exposing that in a debate.

If the Left had stuck to Syndicalism than Middle Class Nihilists would never have been able to hijack it for there own destructive purposes.

This has been the case for decades.

They have been allowed to fester.

The manner in which the left so successfully shut down free speech in the past has manifested itself in the election of Trump. They can no longer shut down dissent. Calling their opponents 'racist' etc. no longer has the desired effect.

The question that has always occurred to me when I see behaviour like this, is how many of these protesters arrived at their opinions entirely by themselves and how many are easily manipulated by propaganda ?

Soros donates to a lot of groups.
    Who are 'the left'?

It still amuses me to see people claim there's a 'left' in America...
