The ballot boxes did say 'counted' on them, but there was a re-count underway due to significant irregularities in the first count.
And the fact that the boxes were stored in an insecure location contrary to normal procedure, and then discovered in an empty and easily accessible building the next morning also indicates that there were shenanigans going on (or at the very least there was ample opportunity for a properly motivated person to do so)

It's not proof of fraud. It's proof of a mickey-mouse system that could be vulnerable to fraud. Not quite the same thing. Blackboxvoting.org is a fairly serious organisation, I don't agree with everything they say, but they're certainly not conspiracy loons.
Looking at this video, with the cardboard boxes, packing tape, and easily tampered seals, it's clear to me that (secure) electronic voting will eventually replace this way of doing it.
