    I can see why - lots of heavy-handed 16th/17th century-style allegory at play in this painting.

    It's pornography.

    The artist doesn't like uppity Negroes and disapproves of poor people getting health care. He's a bigot of several shades.

    I like how all the Shiet house artist's disparage the man but yet don't offer their portfolios for inspection.
    A professor I had in College disparaged Salvatore Dali and I was a fan. My Prof gave me his website to look at his personal work, I had to lie to his face and tell him that I was impressed. I did get an A for the course. ha ha

    By the way, if your in the States, the Dali Museum is in St. Pete's Florida.
