Romney: I'm not concerned about the very poor

In Ireland, the UK and much of Europe, poverty such as that which exists in many parts of the USA are unimaginable to us, more like what we would attribute to the third world. I say this to contexturalise what Romney is talking about rather than what we understand from the worst estates in Dublin, Limerick, Belfast or Coleraine.

    And yet, Romney says this..

Do you think Leo Varadkar, Brian Hayes or Richard Bruton are concerned with the very poor?
Was the late Brian Linehan concerned with the very poor?

It's true. Most americans don't care about the really poor people either.

He's just letting the voters know they're all on the same page.

Right now in america, many of the very poor are former professionals.

The crash is like AIDs, it doesn't give a fek which social class you are.
