Just out of interest, what precisely has Obama done since being elected that you found to be radically leftish?

    Seriously, I'd love to know.

mentioning Hitler already, lol. It doesn't take much to freak you left wingers out does it? Ironicaly these heretical American ''Christian'' conservatives worship Israel like a Golden Calf and still they get called Nazis.

the proposal is to edit history books to put a positive spin on American republican politics, The same was done by hitler's administration to put the "aryan" race in a positive light. It ended in tears in 1945, it ended in tears in Iraq in 2003, it'll end in tears again, such is the effect of revisionism.

I didn't realise people still said "ironical", being a right wing extremists does not make one a nazi, I merely used hitler as a point of comparison for revisionism.

The Texas Board of Education's far-right faction wielded their power to shape lessons on the civil rights movement, the U.S. free enterprise system and hundreds of other topics:

    – To avoid exposing students to “transvestites, transsexuals and who knows what else,” the Board struck the curriculum’s reference to “sex and gender as social constructs.”

    – The Board removed Thomas Jefferson from the Texas curriculum, “replacing him with religious right icon John Calvin.”

    – The Board refused to require that “students learn that the Constitution prevents the U.S. government from promoting one religion over all others.”

    – The Board struck the word “democratic” from the description of the U.S. government, instead terming it a “constitutional republic.”

Think Progress Texas Board of Education cuts Thomas Jefferson out of its textbooks.

brilliant, I agree with all of this except the John Calvin part. Calvinism is too close to Judaism for my liking. All the same it's a step in the RIGHT direction in both ways.

ok, so you're a right wing extremist who supports censorship and revisionism. Glad we've established that.
