Denis O'Brien and Michael Lowry 'corrupt relationship': Moriarty Tribunal

According to the Sunday Times who appear to have the story directly from Denis O'Brien the Moriarty Tribunal have found the awarding of the 2nd mobile phone licence to East Digifone to be 'illegal' and the relationship between Denis O'Brien and Michael Lowry to be 'corrupt'. There were no less than 60 negative findings in the report including against a range of civil servants who were described as being 'entrall' of Lowry.

This will be explosive now that is in the public domain.

Hence the ad campaign by O'Brien last week, pretty desperate stuff aimed at traducing the Tribunal. And, of course, he papers took the money and printed it...

It should be noted that they are "PRELIMINARY" findings of the Tribunal only. They are not the tribunal's final determination and posters should be VERY CAREFUL of what they say on the matter. Please.

Denis O'Brien has himself put this into the public domain. I'd imagine the only person who needs to be careful is O'Brien as I am sure the Tribunal may take action against him for this.

Well the state should start by confiscating O'Brien's 2 billion of wealth and Lowry's nice big house - the money can be used to invest in health and education - and the other bidders can then personally sue O'Brien, Lowry and the hacks who worked with them if they feel like it.
