Yes, Collins came across as incredible, he introduced Dunlop to Butler in (small world) Ambrose Kelly's office, then apparently left straight away, not a clue what the conversation was, all totally by chance. Except for the Dunlop diary entry that shows it wasn't chance, it was pre-arranged. And Dunlop's evidence that Collins knew that politicians had to be paid. And the evidence that Collins stayed for the conversation.

And if Tim Collins knew the score on Dublin County Council, who else, close to him, knew right well too?

    F*cking cesspit.

The litany of bribes and corrupt payments read into the record on behalf of LL's estate (stash) read like a mafia protection rackateer's collection list, literally everyone he came in contact with he sought to extort monies from, he was a low-life scumbag.
His boss, Bertie, must have had a lot of problems trying to control him as he interfered bigtime with corrupt payments coming to Bertie and LL was not going to use the route of TC/JB/DR, he knew what they were, better to go direct.
LL's tutor in planning matters, GR, is still plugging on with wanting to cross-examine and to come back another day, when will the guy realise he is a criminal and deserves fup all.

Kinda funny yday when they were reading Niall Lawlor's correspondence into the record, his lawyer in US turns out to be William Lawlor 111, wonder who his dad was Liam Lawlor 11 or maybe they have done a Bobby Ewing.
Also if NL was so very busy 24/7 why did he not give evidence via video satelite link, maybe Bertie told him not to co-operate and stay away, might end up in the Liffey with TG, allegedly.
