A lot has been said over the past couple of days about Bertie and whether or not he's going to go. History suggests he mightn't and over the last number of months he's been consistently written off by many many posters on here but the Teflon Don shows incredible arrogance and simply refuses to step aside.
I haven't seen much written about the government coalition partners and what their role in all of this is. The Taoiseach has been caught out, he's lied. Surely it's time for them to stop burying their heads in the sand and, if Bertie won't take responsibility, it's time for the coalition partners to take responsibility and demand he steps aside or we'll be going to the polls again.
How do the members of the coalition partners feel about these new revelations?
Are you happy to remain in power and prop up this current ailing administration? ...or do you want to stay in power until the Mahon Tribunal runs its course and reaches its conclusions?
