    Now that the IMF have been handed power by the gombeens, I wonder will Judge Mahon be encouraged to wind up his deliberations? Will Ahern's spoofing be finally judged on?

    They're waiting on a court case in the Supreme Court, then it's on to the report.

    And it is all systems go, the Tribunal won the case, O'Callaghan's claims were thrown out.
