I dont know if this will impact any of you (and the road wasn't closed this morning), but has the potential to cause chaos the first day its closed (rumoured to be 2nd or 3rd of Sept) ..
I cant find a thing online about it, so its bound to cause havok as the closure takes people by suprise.

We have been informed by the Roads Department of the South Dublin County Council that the Contractor for the Luas will be closing part of the Citywest Road between the Citywest Shopping Centre Roundabout (No. 6) and the Campus Roundabout (No.5) during the month of September,
