You'll note that his loudness has increased as his advertising budget has been slashed. I'd suggest the two are not unrelated phenomena.

Ireland : land of begrudgers alive and kicking.

The greatest crime in Ireland is to clash with government on business issues.

If you are native born, rich & successful
then the numbers of gloaters over your troubles increases exponentially.

The old adage rings true on this thread about the Irish mountaineering team being unable to scale the heights because as soon as one member gets ahead another member reaches out to pull him down.

    Ryanair or Village Magazine?

Well which one employs thousands of people, makes lots money and has never gone broke?

    Nuff said.

Article proves yet again that managing a business is not about how many people you employ, the product you sell, your profit margin or how many people use your service. It's just all about image.

Actually it is about those things and in particular profit.

Not trying to lock horns but are you referring to the opportunist who exploits employees and in all probability will go broke(after he personally exits the flawed business model)

Loosely translated this means "forces down inflated pay levels in Aer Lingus"

Not trying to lock horns....and then posturing for a horn locking!

Given that Village has gone broke in the past I assume you are talking about Ryanair.

    LOL

    Opportunist? Undoubtedly.
Exploiting Employees? Is that why the unions were trying to bend over backwards to facilitate Ryanair taking over Hangar 6 and getting 200 highly skilled folks off the dole?
Will in all probability go broke? Nothing lasts forever...but would still appreciate some evidence of Ryanair likely to go broke.
