Relative to many other crimes, "crime" such as minor vehicular collisions are hardly especially worthy of a regime of constant scrutiny

So, can you demonstrate how you have come to the conclusion that crime behind the wheel is so much more egregious than all other crime as to warrant continuous scruntiny?
