    Altough I dislike it, charging is okay if the toilets are properly cleaned and maintained.
    That, of course, would require minimum standards of hygiene and facilites (i.e. soap and hot water!).

    What we need is a National Toilet Regulator to set standards.

    Now, hands up to become "Mr. Toilet"

    Well that isnt working. Last time I was there there was a pimp in the ladies loo with two of his workers. All three were Eastern European. He just looked threateningly at everyone who came in and continued with mobile phone discussion. The two women with him looked exhausted and frightened.
