Altough I dislike it, charging is okay if the toilets are properly cleaned and maintained.
That, of course, would require minimum standards of hygiene and facilites (i.e. soap and hot water!).

Well that isnt working. Last time I was there there was a pimp in the ladies loo with two of his workers. All three were Eastern European.
