Advances in any field are built upon people with the small or personal view.
The DAA really is a useless organisation. They try to give off this air of professionalism but it really is beyond them. It only adds to the image that Michael O'Leary portrays of them. More and more they resemble a third-rate semi-State in the mould of CIE and seem only interested in letting out shops at extortionate rents that are passed on to innocent airport users in the guise of vastly inflated prices.
