So thats 2 toll booths between Galway and Dublin, €12 there and back, nice little earner that.

Not true 2.90 to get out of dublin and 1.90 to get into galway do the maths i just did the journey last week

Imagine, two cities connected by a motorway.

It's almost as if we're a proper country. What next? School dinners? Underground railways? No, not for the likes of us.

There is no demand for motorways linking any other cities other than Dublin. Motorways have the capacity to move every single man, woman and child from Limerick to Galway and vice versa in their own car in a day.

There are plans for an Altlantic road corridor, a dual carriageway. It will be very expensive and will not carry anywhere near it's design capacity. Ever.

Ever? Even in 50 years' time? FF think of the future for once. One project of theirs that I actually must praise. These roads will help the non-Dublin cities grow.
