They should have spent 25 years minimum in jail for that cold blooded murder of a man doing his job. That they are out in 10 years confirms once again, that this country is run not by principlied people but those who are unwilling to stand up for what is right. My own personal belief is that they should have hanged for their crime, but we dont have capital punishment anyome so 25-40 years should have been the minimum.

If there was collusion in the D/M bombs, than people should be broght to book absolutely. Difference here is someone was caught and they were partially brought to book. Not fully.

    +1

I would bet the lottery that if anyone else jumped out of a car in front of garda car and sprayed it with 7.62mm ammo from a military assualt rifle they would be charged wioth murder.
The whole case just illustrates how cr** our justice system has become.

Ha, ha, ha, this mock fury has made my day. It is all really quite funny how some are building themselves up into a little hissy fit.

Can you point out where I said he was repressing anyone?

Once again the anti-Republicans are myopic, read what I said, not what you think I said.

I wish people would really stop trying to score political points out of this issue.

G Adams statement perfectly explained SF position on this.

    Absolutely!

IF posters have any evidence that FG colluded with Labour to cover up the Dublin/Monaghan bombs then present it here.

Take away the reasons for war and there is no war.
pretty much, yes. Polis charging rioters, army in aid of civil power (doing a poor job maybe but) .. In essence, not a single bullet from a raman was ever required. Murderign scumbag criminals.

Yes on both counts, it is what those who murder servants of the state deserve. This was premeditated murder, the brave boys have been released for political reasons, not justice.

    In me eye it did
"while we regret any unfortunate deaths, the reality of the situation is that this was regrettable, and we do not get in to the politics of condemnation but deeply deplore any deaths that are caused by the tragic circumstances". That sorta triple talk, muttered from a beard that would do OBL proud, thats why SF cant get more than 7%. And the loonytune economic policies.

Once again, so called republicans equate themselves as the on arbitrators of a 32 county republic. Where does demanding that McCabes killers serve proper sentences with murder, equate with not wanting a United Ireland.

Maybe some of us just dont want criminal scum representing the Republican movement in this country. Dont think because you wrap yourself in the green flag you are a patriot. Those of us who point out injustice in this country are just as patriotic.

Your statement above shout read 'anti-terrorist criminal scum' not anti-republican.
