Secondly, the Irish justice system went through its procedures, and that's how it presided. There are a hell of a lot of things wrong with the system, but that's the one we have
Thats incorrect. The system was corrupted by IRA threats against witnesses, which weakened the case against the murderers, and allowed them benefit from a reduced sentence for manslaughter.

It simply isn't possible to tool up with an AK, rob a van and spray a car with said AK, kill the occupant, and be guilty of 'manslaughter'.

Ferris's public desire to be supportive of the murderers at all time sis interesting. My theory is that SF sacrificed pushing for their early release a few years back to be spared an electoral backlash. I imagine he's making it up to them, and ensurng they are kept onsideafter sacrificng them to a few extra years of jail a while back.

As for one lecturing on facts and hyprocrits, perhaps you'd care to post some facts of the supposed FG/LAB government covering up the dublin/monaghan bombings???? Not theories and conjecture now, lets have some hard and fast facts wee lad.

Ferris's actions are nothing more than another two fingers to the Republic and Irish people. It serves as another reminder of just who exactly SF are loyal to - and the Republic it ain't. Loyalty to a bunch of masked men operating in cowsheds that have bombed to death men women and children, and now murdered unarmed Gardai is where their loyalty lies. SF's loyalty is certainly not to the Irish people.

Wow, that is up there in the league of artificial fulmination. The republic that you so grandly trumpet was born on the back of masked men operating in cowsheds, men who bombed to death men, women and children.

How many current TDs have made representations to various Ministers for criminals locked up in jails???

Nearly all of them I'd imagine, sure even our own Minister for Justice has done it.

the dont believe in it; power comes from old men still in cowsheds, sharpening the nails on the cudgels, counting the drug money, plotting to rob and kill.

They generally don't arrive in a transit van outside the jail to collect convicted killers. Your just being facetious now.
