why not Riadach.. he admitted having one glass of wine, and two pints of beer over a 7 hour period if my memory serves me correct. Given the bodys ability to dispense of alcohol, its highly likely that he proved negative.

There seems to be some issue around the fact that he was arrested at the time, which some people believes confers guilt, but again IIRC he wasn't, he merely went to the station with the Gardai as he was unable to provide a breath sample due to his asthma

I was not, and am not making excuses for any amount of drink before driving. However, the fact is, the law permits a certain level. If people want to change that, legislate for it
