    Killian's Move to Labour

As Someone who has intimate knowledge of the Ex SF Member.I Can safely say that none of the Cumman Members would go with Killian except hangers on,& this may sound that I am Bitter but not at all.Its just that the Donaghmede Cumman is an Organisation that is Republican & Socialist to the Core.I am not surprise that Killian jump to Labour after all It was his best Chance to get a Leinster House Seat with him being promise as a running mate to Tommy Broughan.Killian was never a Republican, but he is a Socialist with a clear Strategy of his own to succeed in Politics!, I can only blame 44 for allowing him to run for Council when he was never a Republican Really!

The sooner Dublin has more Say in the running of the Party in the Capital the Better, because if not this will only continue until there is no Party to speak of.And I for one would never want that to happen.I can HOPE!

He's obviously not a socialist if he joined the Labour Party, ye shinners do have a strange view of socialism.

How about widening the scope and looking after the middle third as well? The way things are going, there will only be two thirds.

Two things that kill the SF vote to the extent that people won't give them a preference at all.
    1. The perception that SF are class warriors only interested in "rail Dub" and "council estate" working class voters.
    2. Politics in the north has moved on but SF has not moved on sufficiently for the tastes of many in the republic. Ms Ferris is reasonably articulate and was the most impressive in that euro election debate on the radio but I (and others) winced at her mealy-mouthedness re the McCabe murder.

Back to Killian. Myself and the missus were at McWilliams thingy in the Button Factory. Killian was by far the best of the four on show. He'll do well outside SF I reckon.
