Constable Adams is certainly doing sterling service for the British Crown. I would say that a knighthood must be on the cards in next years honours list.
I would say he is very close to an honour. Perhaps it would be a sign of friendship by the Queen to show how much republicans are now part of the British family.

It would be severely protested by unionists however.
