The Pregressive Demagogues have ceased to exist. Why is there still a forum here for their now putrid remains?

Is Harney still a member of the PDs? Who is their leader?

Because nobody care's about them, duh.
In fairness though, the Socialist party had 1 TD so they should be entitled to a forum.

I think it was suggested by the admin that the forum be kept up for a period of time after their exquisitely delightful demise. Post mortems and what-not. Seems reasonable to me.
A P.ie moderator stated this on June 25th 2010: P.ie tolerates very broad free speech, and thus allows sectarian bigotry etc

Could I suggest the setting up of a forum for members of smaller parties & independants to replace the PD's forum?

Apparently, it hasn't quite dissolved yet. It's in purgatory at the moment, so they still get party-funding from the taxpayer until then. When it's gone, may I suggest its replacement with a Libertas section.
