Where does Mary Harney go on Holidays?

McEvaddys move into private healthcare - Sunday Business Post
    10 June 2007
Entrepreneurs Des and Ulick McEvaddy plan to set up a chain of private healthcare centres around the country.

The Co Mayo businessmen have just secured planning permission for their first healthcare venture – a large €20million primary healthcare centre in Co Kildare.

Ulick McEvaddy confirmed that building work on the 1.5-acre site, which is opposite Naas General Hospital, is due to begin at the end of this month.

The McEvaddys’ healthcare consortium, Vista Primary Care, plans to open similar centres around the country with a view to having between five and six centres operational within three years.

Politicians should be stored in big glass jars (give them food, water etc). They are afterall totally owned by the people.

Whenever an exalted citizen wishes to lobby them on a personal matter they shall be let into the jar.

Whenever a charity or NGO wishes to lobby them they shall be let do so (so long as it is a *good cause*).

Whenever a company or person representing business (or person who owns stocks or shares or similar asset) approaches the glass jar: they shall be shot & if it is felt the politician invited them the "liquidate" button will be pressed on the jar thus turning the politician into fertiliser.

I mentioned this on a site about, "where did the boost begin [sic]), but as I have noticed on this site, a woman is ignored, by plenty, but not all, contributors to this site. A lot of the men my age are fine, the younger, some of them are very dismisssive, (to the younger) I am possibly the same age as you're mothers, but I don't go off golfing, sunning myself, gymnasium etc. I cooked geat dinners for my boys, They went to bed at 9 until my eldest was 15. Gawd I looked after them & they would never insult anyone in their whole lives, I have gentlemen here.

What do ye have?? in Hollypark??

A couple of years ago Big Mary stayed at the McvEvaddy holiday home in S France, McCreevey stayed too (not the same time). There is a conflict & it flies in the face of ordinary people, I am soooo pi***ss***ed off you wouldn't believe. I am throwing in my hat, & all ye men out there who ignore us women, well, why??? I am the epitome of a woman who has stopped making excuses for these people, P.D.'s set themselves as being the watchdogs. Mary H always looked after her IBEC husband. Mikey Mc always looked after his well off pals.

I have joined in maany posts here (started one in my nievity) I I was pulled off immediately & rightly so, I had started a thread which had been started elsewhere, but the site is so vast, how do you know?

Carers in ths country are bereft. Autistic children have to fight (& lose), in the courts to get nothing.

I have posted here, some very valid points (in my opinion, I won't pretend they're great) but in most occassions they've been completely ignored. I know my points are not stupid & I know they're not pompous (I do the Crosaire in the IT every day yet I still lack confidence), I really want to join in here & I think I have have a small contribution, but I'm feeling ignored, & that is not sporting at all.

I was asked that before by this eldery couple in the pub, they just felt so unrepresented. Old is what we are all heading towards (unless we die) & the old should be looked after.

Sorry I was being a bit anal there!!! I apologise, just have a lot of things up my nose at the moment, spoke about in on the thread about something else. The Leaving Cert Children here were treated badly & I'm trying to get my head around the school managment, for allowing it.

    Sorry for sounding off

Sound off away - this is what this place is for, rant central.

Have you got Leaving Certs? Am bit of teacher myself and schools need to change - children in prefabs here and everyone going on about Maddy.

Oops better not start to rant myself. Hanafin spoke of re-arranging the exams between May and June to give em more breathing space and the teachers just moaned. Why?! This country needs a real dictator I feel at times.

And yes the old. I work with the old and the intellectually disabled and my effing job will finish soon because of lack of funding when the folks love the classes. Sheeesh.
