I cant see any reasons why an asylum process is taking 3,4or 5 years to conclude,while some will come lie get whatever withing one year while some will arrived after those people have baby and obtained the residency withing time limit while the people that came before them are still waiting for a decision,having said that some got deportations along the process though.
The columbia 3 is facing that sort of problem aswell,cos they are not found guilty of training any rebel but found guilty of using false passport,it is however important for the government to give the columbia govt a reassurance that the colubian 3 will be produce when requested for in any court hearing otherwise i cant see them coming soon.AND WHEN JUSTICE IS DELAYED LIKE THAT IS ALWAYS DENIED.
