    Progressive Democrats

Is it time for them to comeback or maybe even time for a new party in Ireland.

FF,Greens,SF and the rest cannot do any good with the country.Labour and FG are only a little better.

Any centre-right party will need a lot of stamina to survive in the teeth of the extreme-leftism of the Irish media (except for the Daily Mail, Sunday Times and the Irish Sun). I think the 5% Libertas vote shows that there is a niche for a libertarian-right party though. Another problem is that FG is fishing in that pool aswell on public-sector reform and some privatisation.

How can you believe that the irish media is extreme left? It's extreme right if anything.

I agree. The editor of the so-called "paper of record" is a former PD TD. Hardly left wing.
