    Whatever your view about Joe Higgins and, as the first reply to the OP. It's not a 'slag off Joe Higgins' thread. The noise from the Government benches prevented him from making his ( long winded) point. He was over time. (WTF?)

    The Government benches acted like noisy teenagers. That is the point of the OP. It is a disgrace.
