    Its things like that that reinforce my belief that SF are not genuine republicans. Indeed, at least 3% of your once believed to be "core 10%" vote in the South are indeed not that supportive going by tomorrow's opinion poll in the Business Post which they attribute to the 1916 commemorations.

    That said I enjoyed the cartoon overall. It is very funny, but it ends up, literally, rubbishing the Rising.

    If SF, or the workers in your office (HQ is it?) think its that funny they mustn't have considered the fact that a significant number of the people that went to the 90th commemorations mighten't go to the next ones (except the 100th anniversary and other more prominent commemorations) because they were only there in the first place because it hadn't happened in 30 years and they were nominally prominent commemorations.

    I found it funny the first time I watched it (especially the McDowell-Robocop bit), but its far less funny on repeated viewings, unlike the other cartoons, which crack me up each time I watch them
