    Development lands for sale

1752 Acres of prime Development Land for sale, in close proximity to Heuston Station and Castleknock.

Our clients having recently reviewed their landbank in light of recent expenses arising out of an underwriting venture, and adverse international environment, are most anxious to raise funds to defray pressing expenses and so are bringing this fine property to the market at this time.

The lands are laid out in a a number of divisions and are already landscaped with fine mature trees and is essentially a greenfield site.

Having regard to the proximity to the city center and existing transport infrastructure as well as their substantial elevation over sea level the lands are superior in every way compared to any lands located in the dock lands area, for high rise development.

Densities of up to 80 or more apartments per acre would be achievable and on that basis the price is guiding at €20,000,000 per acre.

    Offers in excess of €35,000,000,000

    All enquiries B&B Fianna Fail

Planning can be arranged under part VIII of the planning act prior to sale

The body of councillors can vote planning on the lands without a right of public appeal

I assume you can kick out all the existing tenants - President, US Ambassador, Government at Farmleigh, Deer etc. There is also that annoying cross in the middle of it that will have to go. Will a casino be OK on the site?
