From the etenders description:

"The Office of the Houses of the Oireachtas (Irish Parliament) wishes to invite tenders to design and produce a short film to outline and promote the work of the Houses of the Oireachtas – the Dáil, Seanad and their Committees together with providing a short historical record of the history and architecture of Leinster House – the seat of the Parliament.

The Houses of the Oireachtas through this short film aims to promote public understanding of the role of the Houses of the Oireachtas through the work of its members in the Dáil and Seanad and the various Oireachtas Committees."

So what style should this be in? What should the themes be? What kind of music would accompany it?
