What actually is the procedure in the, extremely unlikely, event of a draw And I mean after all the spoilt votes are fought over etc.

Does the amendment just fall - ie the No wins?

    Re: Lisbon Results. Friday 13th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what i really love about my country ireland is that i got the information to vote no from BBC radio 4 longwave 198khz. while RTE radio 1 told me to vote yes or had the no campaigners on looking like a bunch of madpeople or better yet trainspotters who took up politics as a weekend hobby, in between working for the man and having tea and biscuits with mum. media blackouts in Irish media really has to stop. with internet, radio and word of mouth it is showing how much censorship laws in this country have gone to far, to be misused by political institutions. what i learnt only after the vote had ended was france germany and denmark had said no. charming.
