    The loyalty of Ahern's Ministers

The Fianna Fail Ministers are so far up Ahern's arse that you can see them when he smiles.

Well this must be the most though provoking and insightful thread we've had on Politics.ie since its foundation.

Any more nuggets you would care to share?

Quite a lazy attempt at humour. Put some thought into next time!

It'd be a tight fit if they were all up there.

I'm sure they would ditch him in a second if it was politically expedient to do so. But they don't see any pressure from the grassroots. The fact is that FG and Labour have not brought the public with them. There is no sense in the country of Bertie's time being up.

Seriously are there any moderators on this site - what does this thread discuss which hasn't already been discussed, disected & over analysed in multiple other threads?

Its not even a coherent arguement - its just a statement & a stupid one at that.

@Flynnster: Read the sign on the door, it says Political Humour, it doesn't have to be coherent, and you don't have to find it funny.

Sure the other Ahern has added his unqualified support whilst simultaneously insisting the "Charles Haughey was a great politician".

Furthermore, when asked if Mr Haughey had not been shown to be corrupt, Dermot Ahern, following a meeting with Northern Ireland Secretary of State Shaun Woodward said: "No, he wasn't."

    Unbelievable
