I know that this is a humerous thread but isn't it sad...........Bertie is the one that gives lots of people an image of what we are...........All I can say is ...........a big thank you to the Irish sport supporters, I think they portray what is good about us as a people.
As to what he was thinking............'Money Money Money'

Have any of you guys any experience in writing a musical?

    BERTIE the musical

Theme: the story of a clerk that rose to be leader
    His apprenticship to his guru
Long suffering wife who threw him out
Moll who was his bag lady
Sad part where he had to seperate from his wife
When he met his nemises............The famous Tom Gilmartin
His time in the property market
His time fightinting the caped crusader Des Breen
and finally his decent into Narnia where he is unable to remember anything.
The finale could be the tutors from his his old Alma Mater UCD, where he studied very important subjects of such national importance that all records of his ever being there have been erased, are carrying out research on what happened to cause their past pupil to forget all that happened to him. It is early days in their research but it is believed it has something to do with drinking Bass.

Jaysus, Celia, just how much money can you spend on soft furnishings.
I think I'll take back me money and keep it de safe downstairs until I get my head around drapes and kick-backs, sorry tie-backs.
This is getting more ridiculous every day.
My point entirely. Its the best way to get at Bertie.
