I have to say it offends my residual nationalism that this plonker doesn't know (or doesn't care) that it's inappropriate to fondle the head of a fellow head of government in public. Call me humourless, but I can't for the life of me bring myself to see the funny side.

There is no funny side, it was a gesture of dominance and the gombeen Kenny's submissive body language demonstrates he is not a strong leader and should not be representing Ireland on the international stage.
