Of course, if the Iranians use their heads, they may send several thousand of these flying 'Gestures of goodwill' to the White House - all arriving at once from different directions and under their own power. In the face of such an overwhelmingly generous onslaught of warm-hearted goodwill, you can be sure the Americans will be emotionally overcome, and, not wanting to be outdone, may well respond with some cuddly Intercontinental Ballistic gestures of their own...

That would not be hard. Just remove the cockpit from a WW2 Horten HO229 design which is freely available on the internet and replace it with a remote control unit and 'Viola' you have a full size drone, which you can add sensors and weapons to until you are content.
