Which county could best break-away from the Republic and become a succesful State?

Supposing the people of one of the counties that currently make up the republic decidided to hypothetically leave the country, which one would be best suited for surviving as a succesful State?
Areas such as Natural Resources,Agriculture,Population, location and industry have to be taken into account.

I would argue Cork due to the large agricultural land in the county, big industries in Cork harbour, a decent population and for now at least, gas off the Southern coast.

What do you all think? Any other counties in your view that could make it?

Funny that you suggest Cork. I reckon there's plenty of Irish people who would like to get rid of Cork.

Donegal has immense potential and has really suffered for generations by being tied to the corrupt moribund southern statelet. It would take a while and a good run of decent leaders but I could actually see an independent Donegal working quite well. Lot of untapped potential in tourism, alternative energy generation, agriculture a strategic location in the NE Atlantic with quite a few deepwater inlets and bays, a bit of a software industry developing in Letterkenny...culturally Donegal now is not-quite-southern and not-quite-northern anyway...it just might work...

Dublin? If it could get over the water shortage and find some way of dealing with its own refuse.
