Does this mean the government have to depend on at least 2 independents for a majority? M O'Sullivan won't be one.

The current goverment support is FF-75 and GP-6 technically yes but one is Mary Harney and Jackie Healy Rae and there are other members of the Gene Pool who regularly vote with the government.

Overall the government has a five seat majority.

She didn't rule it out today when repeatedly asked directly about it.
I expect FF to be on the blower to her tomorrow, with the cheque book out by Monday morning.

Does the Cope automatically have to surrender his Dail seat once elected to the EP? Or can he double job until the next General Election?
