The "Coughlan dossier" - p.ie collective effort

Mary Coughlan is under attack, many of us instinctively dislike her based upon a few stories. Arising from this post and reply I think it is a good idea to create a solid list of examples of why Mary Coughlan is not fit for her job. These examples can then be used by the media & Opposition to go for Coughlan.

I'm inviting all p.ie contributors to aid here - to create the "Coughlan Dossier". Many of you are in positions where you "hear things" , also there's thousands of records in the public domain to trawl(Dáil records, press stories , etc). Let's put the collective wisdom of p.ie to good work !

Please post your examples and I'll edit this top post daily to include the best of them

Template: To aid me could you please copy the below template and use it to fill out the detail?

Those legs were deceptively misleading on today's Sindo where she was portrayed as one of these Miriam O'Callaghan-style power women.

I'm looking for solid material that can be used in the wider public domain

Please can we have no more silly, offensive comments ?

Turn that energy towards digging out the dirt , hard evidence wanted !

    Extraordinarily bad taste.
A P.ie moderator stated this on June 25th 2010: P.ie tolerates very broad free speech, and thus allows sectarian bigotry etc

There is the one where she endorsed the 2009 Budget (the first one) as "a balanced and decisive response to the downturn in the global economy.

DETE - Tánaiste endorses confidence-building Budget and announces increased spending for Science, Technology and Innovation programmes

she is a woman of immense personal charm up to point of being flirty. She is also quite attractive, face to face- (although coming from me might not be a compliament). It was interesting that when cowen made his first gaffe - cursing in the dail - it was to her. Her low point must be corrected by dick roche during a lisbon press piece on the number of commissioners the large countries have. For joe behan to refer to her talking down to them after the first budget debacle specifically in his letter of resignation is also a big tell on how she is perceived by her own.
She was a social worker - which says a lot about her approach to politics - a tick the box solution to any problem but above all CYA.

junior minister material only.she has now been found out as a spoofer.
(but i see the dell cursing story in a different and funnier light after seeing the excellent In The Loop)
If the banks are out for a bail,
and Lenny's efforts end up as a fail,
    when the Somer does come,

And leave a Fine mess for the Gael.

Endinf the one Party (FF) state:
