Kildarestreet.com needs your help poltics.ie brethren!

As you now as part of some sort of arsed ways cost cutting exercise or shadow gov. conspiracy kildarestreet.com has been unable to scrape data from the Oireachtas Site since september..
Kildarestreet did a fantastic job of parsing and organising data on the houses of the Oireachtas.

To build a new system they need some funds, so if you have any spare euros you could do some good and donate
it over here Raise KildareStreet from the Dead! and once again you will be able to gaze at how little speaking time and attendance your local representative actually does in the Oreachtas!

Seriously? Looking for more money to investigate our politicians?

How about this, if you do have a couple of spare euro why not throw them to the likes of The Jack and Jill Children's Foundation Charity who could actually do some good with it?

yes, this is also a good cause and so are a alot of others.
Hence why i said "spare euros"

And this is the first time that i know of that they've asked for donations. So they arent looking for "more money".

but lets complain for the sake of complaining

If our politicians were doing their jobs properly, instead of permanently thinking of votes, there would be no need for charities for disabled children.

Disabled children are like water pipes, there's no votes in them.

Anything that increases the pressure on politicians to represent based on real requirements and not the next vote, is worth a few bob.

It is quite extraordinary that the changes does not allow you to scrape data, good luck with the project and will be sending something on, may be small but if everyone did so.....

I think there is a FG plot to make sure you have no spare Euros. Perhaps for this very reason.

They should have a target amount online for transparency reasons.
