    Least effective minister of 2011

Enda Kenny on Morning Ireland says he will review ministers in March. So what will he find?

Least VISIBLE minister has been Deenihan followed closely by Frances Fitzgerald. He was in the background when QEII visited and was in the press a few weeks ago launching his book. Nothing else.

Reilly has to get a mention for the mishandling of the closure of Roscommon A and E

It's Brendan Howlin for me. He probably has the most important job in Cabinet. His job is to drive reform and innovation in the public service. His first budget produced neither. A huge disappointment but unsurprising given the fact that Labour were never interested in real public sector reform. I would like to see him being moved on as quickly as possible but that's unlikely to happen.

Why does Ireland need any more jobs?. There are not enough people to fill the jobs from the last referendum.

Never liked him. He would have been easily at home in FF
