Noel O'Flynn or Chris Andrews should become Justice Minister.

You mean the country should be denied the dynamism of Tony Kileen and the intellect of Conor Lenihan ?

Shame on you Sir, the corner has been turned
I believe that children are the future

    Unless we stop them now.

    F.T.

With all respect to your good self, Noel O'Flynn has as much chance of becoming Justice Minister as Ian Paisley as goodwill ambassador to the Vatican. Chris Andrews is still proving a little green behind the ears as was shown by Alan Shatter's courage recently in putting it up to the HSE over children that have abused while in their charge, Andrews if he is to get something, it won't be Justice, besides I think Pat Carey, is a better bet.

Cowan will promote Cowan loyalists, which is why Darragh Calleary is a good outside bet, John McGuiness unfortunately won't get a look in.

Erratum: Barry Andrews not Chris Andrews is the Minister for Children. F.T drew my attention to same below. Thanks.

You're not confusing Chris Andrews with Barry Andrews?

I stand corrected. BTW, which one is Dun Laoighre, and which is Dublin South East, if Chris is Dun Laoighre, he'll hardly get the nod since Hannafin is also in Dun Laoighre, or am I wrong there too?

I'd say Cowen's hoping we've forgotten about the reshuffle now that the good weather's here and will sneak back to the dail on Monday and try to bluff his way out of it - after all, it's not like he's got too many good cards left in the deck to make a reshuffle less than high-risk

Chris Andrews's constituency is Dublin SE.

I disagree. He wants the reshuffle to distract from the economy.

Yes, but FT wants O'Flynn in Justice because a few years ago the bould Noel had a rant about immigration in order to save his seat, and thus FT thinks he cares about it.
"Elite - a small superior group; esp one that has a power out of proportion to its size." (Oxford English Dictionary)

The majority cannot therefore be the elite.
