    A simpler tip. Get a TD to send in the form.

    Recently I was entitled to a grant, forms filled out, even knew the girl at the desk, kept getting replies that birth cert not attached etc.

    gave the filled in forms to the local TD`s secetary. Check in the post ten days later.

    Come over too the dark side and join the thousands who have realised that, the system only works one way.
