Doesn't really matter what he thinks.

The fact of the matter is that there will always be an IRA in one form or another as long as England continues to maintain a military occupation of a part of Ireland.

The Sticky remnants of PIRA are no longer a factor. They are not The IRA.

[color=indigo]But 32, you do see the funny side - the IRA as an old boys club - he wasn't been serious - was he?

He may have opinions on the 6 counties (is he running candidates in Donegal, Monaghan and Cavan also?) But I was commenting on his opinions on the IRA.

The real question is what gives a right-wing British politician the right to dictate what should and should not be going on in Ireland. People need to escape this mentality of automatically accepting Briain's authority to meddle in the affairs of this country.

    Well said.

That's what I was attempting to articulate before White Horse confused the issue.
