well at the moment all i see is him campaigaining for is equality and human rights, infact he actually is campaigning for the rights or unionists and their culture in event of a united ireland, not the most evil policies ive ever heard of , but he has done some bad things in the past as we all know, but i wouldnt call him evil, i'll save the "evil" word for the dr. or reverent or whatever you call him, paisley who believes anything that has entered a catholic church to be evil, so im sure his followers would put auld gerry in the evil catagory, i actuallty think hes became quite open minded in recent years which is a large step away from his ira haydays
Abstinence makes the Church grow fondlers.

    These topics get worse.
The day will dawn when all the people of Ireland will have the desire for freedom to show.
It is then we'll see the rising of the moon.

He did suggest to me once that Antrim beat Tipp in Hurling..

That may not make him evil.. but possibly mad

Honestly .. this is a rather silly thread

    That's part of your problem.
All you see is what you want to see.

Well at least we agree that he WAS (and is) in the IRA.
He was in charge of the IRA in the 70's at the time of the Oxford Street and La Mon bombings. If that's not evil then I don't know what is.

You'll agree then that the actions of the British army in Ireland (Bloody Sunday to name but one example) were also similarly evil?

Btw for what it's worth I believe Adams to be cut from the same cloth as Dev. Meglomaniac and power hungry.

Where they were deliberately planned to inflict maximum civilian casualities, yes. Perhaps you can give me some examples of Army actions that were planned that way.

Bloody Sunday doesn't fall into the same category as Oxford Street or La Mon (or Enniskillen, or Omagh etc etc etc).

So you aren't an absolute pacifist then? Some killings are 'better' than others?

    I'm not a pacifist, but I didn't say that.

You twist away at my words if it makes you happy.
