    Woodward stated that they have made good progress with loyalist decomissioning and strongly hinted that they would miss another deadline if they had to.

    A spokesperson for security here said on radio Ulster this morning that loyalists have absoloutly no notion of decomissioning anything and Hugh Orde is getting rid of 500 reserve policemen - which will probobly pay the wages of the PSNI marching seasons budget.
    Abstinence makes the Church grow fondlers.
