Colin Duffy to contest European Elections

    From another site:

Colin Duffy has agreed to allow his name to be used (or proxy) to stand in the European elections. A committee has been set up, to help steer the election, with the help and endorsement of R.N.U.

R.N.U is asking all concerned to attend a public meeting this Thursday in the Kilwilkee community centre @8pm to highlight Colin's case and launch his election appeal. Anyone who thinks that they can help in anyway is asked to get in touch and to encourage a good turnout on the day, we would also ask anyone not on the election register to sign up to it ASAP as time is running out on it.

    Vote Colin Duffy No1
Colin Duffy is currently in custody and being charged with the RIRA shooting dead of two British soldiers in Antrim last month.

Should be interesting to see how much support he gets.

This will obviously pit the Pro and Anti-GFA camps in direct opposition with all the various dissidents supporting Duffy

Great to see a Republican candidate will be contesting the election.

Vote Colin Duffy #1 and nobody else.

An umbrella group comprising a number of anti-GFA groupings (such as 32CSM, IRSP, and independent Republicans) - I think.

Welcome to the website of Republican Network for Unity, the group initially known as 'Ex-POW's and Concerned Republicans against RUC/PSNI'.

No that's the Republican Forum for Unity (not to be confused with the New Republican Forum)

The RNU is made up of ex-POWs and ex-members from SF, 32CSM and IRSP

He wants to swap it for the gravy train!
The Mahon Tribunal found Olivia Mitchell to have received an inappropriate payment from Frank Dunlop at the time of the 1992 Election. F.G. Gael has taken no action against her.
