Rosemary Nelson, Robert Hamill & Billy Wright enquiries winding up

    18/04/09
THE public inquiries into the murders of Rosemary Nelson, Robert Hamill and Billy Wright are expected to hear from their final witness within weeks after more than three years of evidence...

While the inquiries all officially opened in 2005, only oral hearings into the murder of Billy Wright had begun by October 2006. Each inquiry faced lengthy legal challenges over anonymity for security force and prison-service personnel...

Witness hearings in the Nelson inquiry did not begin until April last year, with former RUC chief constable Sir Ronnie Flanagan among those called to give evidence. Oral hearings into the murder of Robert Hamill did not begin until January 2009, with six Portadown loyalists originally charged with the murder of the 25-year-old all called to give evidence.
Article goes on to say Ian Paisley Jnr. and Hamil witness Tracey Clarke are facing possible prison. And that after public hearings finish there are a few weeks of closing submissions before the panels of each inquiry retire to do their final reports- possible publication date in November. Though Cory recommended an inquiry into Pat Finucanes murder one wasnt setup.

Why is the sub human barbarian Rat Wright's name mentioned in the same sentence as Hamill and Nelson. Wright was a unionist savage. His execution was something to celebrate by all Irish people and many of us will never forget the late Crip McWilliams for his brave role in the extermination of the Rat. Meanwhile, Robert Hamill and Rosemary Nelson were murdered because they were Irish,m they were murdered by a collaborative effort involving 'illegal' and 'legal' Unionist terrorist gangs. The 'legal' Unionist terrorist organization (SS/RUC/psni) continues to engage in the same oul antics, as exemplefied by their internment of Colin Duffy (again). Meanwhile, republican Ireland meekly watches on, as Duffy remains in captivity. We have much to do before RUC is finally disbanded, in the interim it is not unreasonable to operate on the assumption that each and every member of RUC/psni is a legitimate target.
