Informer's save from - policing and justice minister

No future Northern Ireland justice minister will have direct access to details on informers, Security Minister Paul Goggins has said.

It has also been confirmed they would not see all classified intelligence on counter-terrorism strategy.

The NIO has said these issues relate to UK national security and as such would remain with Westminster.

Not sure if that is good or bad news lol

    Cheers,

NI informer access is ruled out

The NIO has said these issues relate to UK national security and as such would remain with Westminster.

The British government has been in charge of policing and justice powers in NI since 1972.

The powers were to be devolved to the Stormont executive as part of the St Andrews agreement.

However, the parties have not been able to agree when this should happen.

So are they are keeping the collaboration and collaborators in murder hidden and protected ?

What about the various eports that they have buried - are they also restricted - I wonder what there is to hide?

The dirty war shall continue unchecked. This add further lie to Britain's claim to have no slefish, strategic interest. All politicians with an interest in Irish unity over self-interest should collapse the Stormont sham immeadietly.

This once again shows the contempt that westminister has for the people and the so called democracy.
