To those who "are interested", does anybody know if the film, on Bobby Sands that was at Cannes, is going to have a release in the north? If not, how would you go about viewing it?

"blah blah blah"
If its in the cinema i'll probobly head over the border, i wouldnt feel comfortable sitting in the middle of Belfast watching such a film, and no doubt the 'Millies and Spides' (as theyre known there) will ruin the film for me.
I think it will appear in art house cinema's in Autumn.
There's already a thread here.

Abstinence makes the Church grow fondlers.
Thanks for the posts. Am looking forward to seeing the film. Watched "There will be blood" during the week, Daniel Day Lewis was brilliant. I put him up there with De Nero, Pachino, etc etc etc. He would have been a good choice for playing Bobby Sands. Though having not seen the new film yet, I should hold my judgement.
