Hamill case to go ahead in June
Nobody has been convicted of the April 1997 murder when the Catholic father-of-two was kicked to death by loyalists in the centre of Portadown, where police in a nearby Land Rover allegadly failed to intervene.
A spokeswoman for the inquiry team said: “The judicial review will take placefrom June 9th-11th and the judgment is expected very soon afterwards.”
I think I speak for all when I say that hopefully justice is served to all guilty, including the complicit RUC who idly watched from approx 10 yards away.
